Our Staff
Pete Stedman
Pete has been the Senior Minister at Norwest Anglican since late 2010. He is married to Bree and has three daughters and a son. Pete is really excited by the opportunities Norwest Anglican has to engage with and serve the local community. He would love to meet with you anytime to talk about how Jesus makes sense of everything.
James Lewis
James is our Senior Assistant Minister, and loves serving at Norwest. He is married to Jane and they have four wonderful and noisy boys. James became a follower of Jesus in Yr12 and his biggest hope continues to be that he will treasure Jesus more and more. He would love to meet you one Sunday.
Tim Scoular
Tim is our Assistant Minister and has a passion to welcome newcomers, create a sense of community across the life of the church, and loves serving in Youth ministry. He and his wife Lauren have a baby daughter. He believes that high school students have an incredible ability to lead change in our society and is passionate about seeing them grow, not just as disciples of Jesus, but disciple makers.
Sam Davidson
Sam is the Director of Family Ministries at Norwest. He is married to Mel and they have four young sons. He loves talking to families as they wrestle with what it means to know Jesus as parents, as kids, and in family life together. He’d love to have a chat with your family any time.
Lisa Grainger
Lisa is our Operations Manager. She is married to Damien and they have two kids. Lisa became a Christian whilst attending Christianity Explored here at Norwest and is always interested to meet others who are exploring faith. Lisa enjoys reading and going camping with her family
Jodie Jessup
Jodie is the Women’s Pastor at Norwest and is married to Jason. They have two kids, Jedidiah and Jemma. Jodie loves Jesus more than anything, having come to know him in Year 11 at school. She loves spending time with her family and being in the outdoors. Jodie hopes to help women grow in their love and praise for Jesus in all things and in all seasons.
Veronica Grima
Veronica is our part-time bookkeeper. Born in the Solomon Islands to Chinese Buddhist parents and baptised and educated in Catholic schools. She is married with two daughters and loves how God works through His people. She speaks basic Cantonese, enjoys spending time with her extensive families and is often found walking with friends.
Daly Jiang
Daly is the Mandarin Pastor at Norwest, serving in our Mandarin congregation. Daly is married to Ally and they have 7 children, Sophia, Benjamin, Isaiah, Hosea, Abigail, Joshua and Bethany. He is passionate about sharing the good news of Jesus with Mandarin speakers and seeing them grow in maturity as they make Norwest home amongst a vibrant Mandarin Christian community.
Tom Israel
Tom is our Student Minister and combines serving at Norwest with his Bible College studies. He is married to Abi and together they love serving in Youth Ministry. Tom became a Christian in High School and would love to chat to you at church on Sunday
